First step

The first step on your way to become an admin is your application . Here, you should stress your abilities and why you want to become an admin in the Console Sports League. Please do not copy & paste any applications you find online. Take some minutes to write your own text, as this is ways more authentic and improves your chances to become an admin. A good application is the basis of a good working atmosphere.

Tips
Try to write an interesting and fluent text, as this makes it so much easier to read. Use some adjectives to descripe your character and personality. Furthermore, it is always better to write more than less. The more we know about you and your history, the better we can imagine that you are the perfect person for the admin position.

You should	be at least 16-years-old  have knowledge in English  have a sense of responsibility, reliability  be a teamplayer  knowledge about the game

Admin tasks

First of all, you need a basic instruction, as you will have lots of new features as admin. A tutor of the admin staff will tell you step by step what and how you need to do. Morover, they will make sure that you feel comfortable and if you have any questions, you can always get back to them. The instruction takes about 2x 2 hours. Your master League Admin will then give you some hints for game specific things, thus you are completely prepared for your job as an admin.
The first few weeks will be filled by solving user problems and protests which are sent in form of a support ticket. There will be a helping hand that advises you over the first days. But you don't have to do tickets all the time. League joins (applications to join a ladder/cup) are another big point. You should have teamspeak 3, skype and a headset for the instruction and staff communication.

Where are admins needed?

In general, we are looking for admins in every section, as we want to make CSL EU a lot bigger than it is at the moment. We have planned a lot of things for the upcoming weeks where we will need a lot of help. So hurry up and apply.

What do I get in return?

For your voluntary work as admin you get Premium for free during your admin time. Furthermore, the Playercard will be sent to you for free after your three months trial time.
